At Puckator Dropship, we prioritize secure and convenient payment options to ensure a seamless experience for our partners.

Payment Methods

We offer two primary methods for processing transactions:

1. Credit/Debit Cards

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Please note that we do not accept American Express at this time. For your security, all card payments are processed through our trusted payment provider, Opayo (Elavon), ensuring that your data remains protected throughout the transaction.

2. PayPal

For a quick and convenient payment experience, we also accept payments via PayPal. This method allows you to process payments using your PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, or associated cards. During checkout, simply select the PayPal option to complete your transaction securely.

We do not currently offer any credit facilities for our Dropship service.

Order Confirmation

After completing your payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing a unique order number. Please retain this number for your records and reference it in any correspondence regarding your order.

If you encounter any issues during the payment process or do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our Customer Services team for assistance.

When is VAT Charged?

All our product and postage prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added to the entire basket during checkout. The application of VAT depends on your location and the delivery location your order is going to.  Since Brexit in 2020, Europe is now classed as a Rest of World location, therefore VAT on orders to the EU or the Rest of the World does not carry any VAT charge.
