Frequently Asked Shipping & Delivery Questions:
- How quickly will my parcel be dispatched? We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them (excluding weekends and bank holidays). UK couriers take an average of 1 - 3 working days to deliver, while international couriers take an average of 4 - 10 working days. During peak times (Easter and Christmas) there can be short delays.
- Do you ship at the weekend? Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday, it is not open on bank holidays or weekends.
- How is my parcel packaged? Your parcel will be packed securely for transit with our delivery partners. This can include additional protection such as paper or bubble, with an outer envelope or box. As part of our Eco Pledge we aim to reduce the amount of packaging used without compromising the quality of the packaging. This includes using recycled or recyclablable materials, and reducing single-use plastic. The label is generated through our courier partner portals and will have the order reference, delivery address, return address (our warehouse), and where applicable, customs information.
- Do you provide commercial paperwork with a shipment going outside of the UK? When required we will provide customs information to expedite the export and import of the goods. All shipments sent outside of the UK are sent DDU (delivery duties unpaid) and it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any import duties or taxes if required.
- Is VAT charged on shipping? Yes, if VAT is applicable for the delivery location. Depending on where your are delivering the goods determines the VAT your are charged. If applicable, VAT is charged on the goods and shipping during checkout.
- Do you offer a duties paid service overseas? No, we only offer delivery duties unpaid.
- Can I add special delivery instructions? Yes, there are two text fields where you can enter information during checkout, one for information for our customer service team, and one for delivery information that you would like to be included on the parcel.
- Who gets the update about my order? This depends on the contact information you enter in the delivery address. If you enter your contact information then you will get the notifications from the courier, if you enter your customers, they will get information during the parcels journey.
- Do you offer courier and priority services? Yes. We offer a variety of shipping options depending on the delivery location. Scroll down to find out more and see the pricing options for each service.
- What time is the cut-off for priority delivery? Your order must be placed by 12pm for same day priority dispatch. This is applicable Monday to Friday and excludes bank holidays and weekends. If your order is placed after this time it will be dispatched the next working day.

Tracked Courier & Priority Information
- Delivery is normally between 1 - 3 working days depending on the location.
- We use DPD for most courier shipments but can use UPS.
- Tracking is available throughout the parcel journey, and the courier will provide a delivery day/time slot when the parcel is due to be delivered.
- Select priority delivery before 12pm each day and we will aim to get your order out on the same day, on the fastest service we have available. Priority shipping is only available in the UK, and is not available at weekends or on bank holidays.
- Once an order is dispatched, any communication regarding your shipment including tracking updates, delivery windows and customs related queries will come directly from the courier.

Untracked Airmail Information
- Delivery is normally between 4 - 10 days depending on the location.
- This service is a standard airmail with Royal Mail and is untracked.
- Royal Mail covers parcels up to 2kg.
- Parcels under 2kg may be sent via our tracked courier option due to them being over the maximum parcel size for Royal Mail.
- Some untracked services are more expensive than tracked royal mail services. This is because Royal Mail prioritise tracked services.
- All shipments are sent DDU, delivery duties unpaid. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay any duties and taxes.

Tracked Courier Information
- Delivery is normally between 3 - 7 days depending on the location.
- This option is sent by one of our tracked courier partners (UPS, DHL), and is tracked throughout it's journey.
- DHL and UPS options are for parcels over 2kg, or over Royal Mails maximum size.
- Some delivery locations require quoting when over a certain weight. This is shown in the table above. If your order requires a quote, please place the order as normal and we will provide an accurate shipping cost before you decide if you wish to proceed with the order.
- All shipments are sent DDU, delivery duties unpaid. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay any duties and taxes.
