Christmas Posting Dates

When you're preparing for the Christmas rush or topping up stock in the New Year, this page provides everything you need to know about our final recommended order dates and holiday opening times.

As always, we will be processing and dispatching orders right up to—and including—24th December.

From early November through to Christmas, order volumes increase significantly. During this period, we still aim to dispatch within 1 - 2 working days, however, if you need your order urgently please select our PRIORITY SERVICE at checkout to guarantee delivery. We will continue to work hard to dispatch standard service orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occur with our couriers during peak season.

For your customer to receive their order BEFORE CHRISTMAS, please ensure it is placed by the dates listed below. These dates are a guide, and while we will always do our best, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.

Orders placed on or close to the dates below must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

Europe	Goods sent from the UK to the EU take an average of 3 - 9 working days, depending on the location. Please visit our EU website to order for delivery to Europe.
EC & ROW	Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Japan, USA - 7th of December (Royal Mail Airmail), 16th of December (Courier Upgrade/Priority)

 

Important Information

• These are recommended dates and we advise that you place your order well in advance of these dates.
• Priority orders placed on the above dates must be placed by the normal cutoff time.
• Any orders placed after the above dates cannot be guaranteed for Christmas Delivery.
• We will dispatch orders right up to (and including) the 24th of December.  Our warehouse and office will be closed between Christmas and New Year.  No orders will be processed or dispatched between the 25th of December and the 1st of January.
• Normal service will resume on the 2nd of January.
• If your destination country is not shown on the list above, please contact our Customer Services team, who will advise you of the last recommended date for ordering.
• Orders must be paid for at the time of order.  If you select the bank transfer payment option, the payment will have to clear before we can dispatch the goods.
