As you may have seen, we are moving our Dropshipping website to Magento soon. There are a few changes that we want to inform you of, to ensure the switch is trouble-free.

Importantly, the old website will continue to exist for a short duration after the new site launch, so you will still be able to check your old orders.

NOTE: You will not be able to place new orders on the old site after the new site launch.

After the switch, you will still be able to access your old account, but the WEBSITE ADDRESS WILL CHANGE from www.puckator-dropship.co.uk to www.puckatordropship.co.uk (no hyphen!)

This is particularly important if you utilise our feed features. We understand that it may take a little while for your website developers to update your integration to work with the new website feeds, so you will be able to continue to use the old feed data on the old website by switching just the URL that your integration connects to on launch day.

Before the launch - your feed integration currently uses, for example, www.puckator-dropship.co.uk/gifts/feed_csv_products.php?email=bob@yourstore.co.uk&passwd=yourpassword&action=full

After the launch to access the old feeds until you update your website to use the new website feeds -

www.puckatordropship.co.uk/gifts/feed_csv_products.php?email=bob@yourstore.co.uk&passwd=yourpassword&action=full

Let your web developers know that there is a quick fix for launch, and then a greater window for you to update to use the new system after launch.
