Dropship Website Closure Notice

Important update: The Puckator Dropship website will close permanently on 1 June 2026.
After more than 20 years of operating the Puckator Dropship website, we have made the decision to close the platform. This decision has not been taken lightly. Following careful consideration, we are refocusing our business on our wholesale sales channels.
The final date for placing new orders on the Puckator Dropship website is 1 June 2026. After this date, customers will no longer be able to place new orders through the dropship site.
All orders placed before 1 June 2026 will continue to be processed as normal. Our customer service team will also remain available after the website closes to help with any questions about existing orders, deliveries, damaged items, returns, refunds, order documents, and account access.
Dropship customers will still be able to log in to the Puckator Dropship website to view their order history and invoices until 31 August 2026. After 31 August 2026, the website and domain will no longer be available, and customers will not be able to access their dropship account through that site.
We understand this news may be disappointing, and we would like to sincerely thank all of our customers, past and present, for their support over the years.

Continue Ordering Through the Puckator Wholesale Website
Customers can continue to order through our wholesale website at www.puckator.co.uk. You can use the same login details that you currently use for the Puckator Dropship website.
The minimum order value on the wholesale website is £50 excluding VAT. The wholesale website also provides access to the same stock feed previously available through the dropship site.

Yes. You can place orders through our wholesale website at www.puckator.co.uk. Your existing dropship login details will work on the wholesale website.
