Our shipping rates are based on the packed weight of each item, so it includes any packaging. We have contracts with major couriers and do ship Worldwide, so you can offer products to more people, plus we ship to BFPO service postcodes across the world. We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours, but during busier periods of the year this may take a little longer. At these busier times, Christmas for example we ask that you ensure your customers are aware of any delays and prompt them to purchase early to avoid disappointment.

Occasionally at the checkout the shipping may come up with a message saying that the rate cannot be determined at this time. If this happens please carry on and place the order and we will email you to let you know how much the shipping is and details on how to pay for it.

Priority Administration Charge (Mainland UK Only)

Priority orders placed before 12.00 will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Priority orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday will be treated as if placed on the next working day. The charge for this service is £4.99. Please note priority orders are for Mainland UK only, normal delivery time (see below) applies.

Upgrading small items to courier service (Mainland UK Only)

The following postal bands A-H can now be upgraded so they are dispatched with a courier and not via Royal Mail. This incurs an additional charge of £2.49 per order, this also allows you to track your parcel and will reduce its delivery time. Please note that the upgrade option are for Mainland UK only. (Please note if you have selected our priority service your order will automatically be upgraded to our courier service so this fee is not applicable).

Shipping within Mainland UK and British Forces Postcodes

Every item on our site has a Delivery Code, a letter from A to M. This letter indicates the shipping price of the items, all you have to do is reference it against the charts below to see the price.

Multiple Items

So its easy to work out the delivery for one item, but what if you want more than one item, how is that calculated?

If more than one item has been ordered for the same address, shipping will be charged at the highest banded item in your basket, plus 55% of any additional items prospective shipping band.

Example: You are ordering 3 items, all going together to a UK address.

Item 1 is postage band A, item 2 is postage Band B and item 3 is postage band C. The highest postage band is charged at full price, so thats item 3, price band C of £2.99. Items 1 and 2 will therefore be charged a 55% of the normal postage cost, so thats 55% of A which is £1.09, and 55% of band B which is also £1.09.

So thats £2.99 + £1.09+ £1.09 = £5.17 ex VAT.

Please note that when ordering multiple items for USA, Canada & rest of the World there is no shipping discount on additional items.

As before with orders for USA, Canada and rest of the World in bands K, L and M, there is no capped rate.

Lets say for example that you order 3 really big heavy items, the shipping would get silly quickly, so we cap the shipping on multiple items at £9.85 ex VAT for UK, £16.45 ex VAT for Northern Ireland and £18.65 for Eire & Europe A countries. That means you will never be charged more than the capped delivery charge even if you order more that 20 items to the same address.

(Note that where items need to be ordered in multiples, e.g. figures where multiples of 16 have to be ordered, the 'quantity' ordered for delivery charge purposes is taken to be the actual quantity ordered divided by the mandatory multiple, so in this example ordering 32 is actually only counted as 2 items).

We occasionally modify the shipping code for certain products (both up and down a category). However, we will always honour any lower shipping charge from within the last 30 days.

How do we send your items and how long does it take?

Some areas of the UK Mainland can take longer, for example areas of the Highlands and some areas of Central London can take 3 - 4 working days due to location.

International Delivery times are a bit of a grey area due to the fact different countries have different customs checks etc. When advising customers of delivery times we recommend 4 -10 working days from dispatch.

Countries which we know to have strict customs on large items (code K - M) are Turkey, Cyprus, Switzerland, Sweden and Greece. These countries tend to take the longest on delivery.
