Puckator Dropship Online Support
We've created a MS Live account called dropship_support@puckator-dropship.co.uk that you can use with MSN Messenger to get through to our support team to have a chat about site functionality, e.g. feeds, etc. For Customer Service queries, we'd still advise you to contact Customer Services, our online channel is there to help with website queries, so please don't be offended if we ask you to send us an e-mail, it may be something our Customer Services team would be best off answering.

Returns
If an order is required to be returned to us, please contact our Customer Services team for a returns reference. As a dropshipper, you will be responsible for the postal costs involved in returning an item. Puckator Dropship cannot refund any postage on returned items. |
